Activity Registration and Waiver Form

Enjoy a variety of board games, arts and crafts and lots of outdoor activities. Clarkdale Park is equipped with a skate park, new playground equipment, a basketball court and a water park. Stop by and check out our monthly calendars. We offer holiday festivities, summer excursions movies and concerts.

All activities and schedules are subject to change.

Hours of Operation:
June 3 - September 6 : 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Come and splash and enjoy our water park.  Children can enjoy the water buckets with a big splash.  Children will be supervised at all time’s during hours of operation

 Rules:

  • No running
  • No spiting of water
  • No horse play
