The  Window Security Bar Removal Program is  a voluntary Program that is intended to help improve the aesthetics of homes. The Program will provide financial assistance of the removal of security bars on windows with the  exchange of installation of security cameras.  Applicants who choose to have their security bars removed from their windows, but decline installation of security cameras, may be eligible for other Program services including security door, landscaping and any other aesthetic improvements upon approval.

Grant of up to $4,000 to eligible applicants.

Assistance to the following residential properties:

• Single Family Properties
• Mobile Home Properties
• Duplex Properties
• Condominium Properties
• Owner and Tenant Occupied Properties

All residents qualify.
