The Gardens Casino Remodel
The Hawaiian Gardens Casino has finished construction of the permanent two-story casino building encompassing approximately 200,000 square feet. The new casino building includes new gaming areas, restaurant, sports bar, public gatherings areas, and personal and retail services. Other improvements include improved parking facilities, landscaping, and off-site traffic improvements.

24 Hour Fitness
This fitness facility recently moved into the vacant anchor tenant space of the Hawaiian Gardens Town Center at 12020 Carson Street.  This Super-Sport Gym now provides the Hawaiian Gardens community with 24/7 access to an array of amenities, including a full-sized basketball court, indoor lap pool, group cycling, studio classes, turf zone, personal training, and more.

Enterprise Car Rental
Hawaiian Gardens recently welcomed their first car rental facility, Enterprise, at 12345 Carson Street.  The existing auto repair facility underwent a significant remodel to provide an architectural presence representative of the Enterprise corporate brand, including considerable changes to the parking lot and landscaping throughout the property.


Future Developments

18-Unit Condominiums
The proposed project involves construction of a condominium development consisting of eighteen (18) units on property located at 21821 Hawaiian Avenue.  All units will include four (4) bedrooms, four (4) bathrooms, an attached two (2) car garage, central heat and air, and include solar panels mounted on the roof to help meet each units demand for electrical energy, with other project features including guest parking, extensive landscaping, and open space. 

New 7/11 Gas Station
The proposed redevelopment of 12300 Carson Street will include constructing a 2,940 square feet convenience store and 1,908 square feet (36’ x 53’) gasoline canopy, with 12 on-site parking spaces.  The project is also requesting approval of an ABC Type 20 license for sales of beer and wine.


New Storage Facility
The proposed five-story 95,805 square feet structure consists of 854 storage units in various sizes located at 12508 Carson Street. Project features include a leasing office, a break room and restrooms on the ground floor, 13 customer parking spaces, and 2 loading spaces; the second through fifth floors will contain all storage units.  Access to the upper levels will be from dual elevators and two separate stairways.
