5a. RESOLUTION NO. 08-004/CASE NO. 05-058CUP AMENDMENT - A REQUEST BY THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE MODIFICIATIONS TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN EXISTING COLLECTION AND RECYCLING CENTER AT 12222 CARSON STREET, HAWAIIAN GARDENS, CALIFORNIA 90716.
RECOMMENDATION: Conduct Public Hearing. Waive further reading and Adopt Resolution No. 08-004, Recommending approval.
