Clean Slate, Inc. is a low cost program designed to help people who have tattoos that they no longer want for whatever reason. We are a non-profit organization and have been operating in the San Gabriel Valley since 1995 using the best in laser technology. We have now partnered with the City of Hawaiian Gardens to provide our services here.

Eligibility:

 

Program available to both residents and non-residents

Fees:

Non –Refundable $10.00 fee is required for intake and consultation.
Low cost treatments will be determined after consultation.

Hours of Operation:

Second weekend of everym month

Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sundays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
