GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
 

During each regular meeting, the Council shall provide a member of the public the opportunity to address the City Council on any issue within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Council. Each speaker shall be limited to three (3) minutes of general public comment at each regular meeting. The City Council shall not discuss or take action relative to any general public comment unless authorized by California Government Code Section 54954.2(b).

This is the time for the City Councilmembers to discuss any changes in the order of agenda items.
 
AGENDA ITEM PUBLIC COMMENT
 

The City Council shall provide an opportunity for the public to address the Council on each agenda item before Council’s consideration of the item. A member of the public wishing to speak on one agenda item that is eligible for public comment shall be given an opportunity to speak for up to three (3) minute when that item is considered by Council.
