NewsTranslate Larger Text PrintShare

GLACVCD recommends that residents remove all standing water at least once a week from any container that can hold water. Also, residents should use insect repellent when they are outdoors, and, if possible, wear long sleeves and pants.

Residents experiencing mosquito problems during the day or at night, even after dumping all standing water, can receive help from the Greater Los Angeles County Vector Control District at (562) 944-9656 or visit www.ReportMosquitoes.org.
