MEETINGS

The City Council meets on a regular basis every 2 nd and 4 th Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. in the City of Hawaiian Gardens City Council Chambers, 21815 Pioneer Blvd.

A meeting of the City Council cannot be held without a quorum, which consist of three (3) or more members.

AGENDA

The Agenda is required by State law and governed specifically by the Ralph M. Brown Act. The Agenda provides a list of items and topics to be discussed, considered and acted upon by the legislative body. The agenda and staff reports are available at City Hall during regular business hours.

MINUTES – ARCHIVE

The minutes are the formal record of the actions taken by the legislative body. After a meeting is conducted, minutes are prepared and presented to the legislative body for final approval and adoption. The approved minutes are maintained by the City Clerk’s Office and made official City records.
